These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://lovasuit.com, our checkout, customer-support channels, and any related services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Our Services

Lovasuit ships apparel to the contiguous United States only. If you access the Services from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and must follow local laws.

3. Intellectual-Property Rights

Everything you see on Lovasuit—site code, graphics, product shots, videos, text, and our LOVASUIT® marks—is ours or licensed to us. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to browse, download, or print content solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use (re-uploading, selling, scraping, etc.) requires our written permission.

4. User Representations

By using the Services you confirm that you:

  1. Are at least 16 years old and can form a binding contract.

  2. Will provide accurate information.

  3. Will not access Lovasuit via bots, scrapers, or other automated means.

  4. Will obey all applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Harvest data or compile databases from our site.

  • Upload malware, spam, or any content that infringes another’s rights.

  • Interfere with site security, reverse-engineer code, or use Lovasuit to compete with us.

  • Harass customers, staff, or partners.

Breach of this section may lead to suspension or permanent ban.

6. Submissions & Feedback

If you email, DM, or otherwise send us ideas, designs, or comments (“Submissions”), you grant Lovasuit a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display those Submissions for any purpose without additional notice or compensation.

7. Service Management

We reserve the right to monitor activity, block IP addresses, remove content, or modify the Services at any time to keep Lovasuit secure and enjoyable.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access—without notice—if you violate these Terms or any law. Upon termination, sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity survive.

9. Modifications & Interruptions

We strive for 24-7 uptime but do not guarantee continuous availability. Lovasuit may be offline for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Butte County, California. You consent to that venue and waive objections to inconvenient forum.

11. Informal Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Before filing a claim, contact us first—most issues are solved within two business days. If we can’t resolve a dispute informally within 60 days, either party may commence binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Rules.

  • Class-action waiver: Claims must be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.

Certain claims (e.g., IP enforcement) may still proceed in court.

12. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “AS IS”. We make no warranties—express or implied—about site accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use Lovasuit at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovasuit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid Lovasuit in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Lovasuit against any third-party claims arising out of (a) your misuse of the Services, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of another’s rights.

15. Electronic Communications & Signatures

Emails, chat messages, and electronic signatures count as written communications. You consent to receive notices electronically and to transact digitally.

16. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our permission; we may assign ours as part of a reorganization or sale.
