6. Tracking Your Package

  1. Order Confirmation: arrives in your inbox as soon as payment is authorized.

  2. Tracking Link: lands 1-2 business days later—check spam/junk folders if you don’t see it.

  3. Carrier Scan Gap: please allow 3-7 days for the carrier’s first scan to appear online.

  4. Need help? If your parcel is still MIA after its estimated arrival window, reach out and we’ll investigate.

7. Custom & Personalized Items

Adding a name, color change, or other tweak? Our design team may need extra time. We’ll email you if your ship date shifts.

8. Address Accuracy Matters

  • Enter your full, correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Lovasuit is not liable for parcels lost or destroyed because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Returns triggered by a wrong address are disposed of by our carrier; re-shipping requires a new shipping fee.

  • Redirecting a parcel once it’s left the warehouse is at your own risk for loss, theft, or damage.
