Exchanges for errors in these selections cannot be processed. However, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new order with the correct details. Order Cancellations
Timeframe: Within 24 hours of order placement
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may have entered processing, and cancellation might not be possible. A 10% cancellation fee, based on the total order value, will apply. To cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected].
Returns and Refunds
Returns: Returns are accepted within 180 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final, and refunds will no longer be issued. Returns and refunds are allowed under the following conditions:
- Items arrive damaged or broken
- Products differ in design, size, or material from the original order
- Incorrect items are received
- Significant deviations from the product description
Ineligible Items for Return or Refund:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Defective items not due to Lovasuit’s oversight
- Items lacking original tags
- Items with minor, repairable thread issues
Note: All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Refund Claim Requirements
When submitting a refund claim, please provide:
- The shipping label or receipt
- Proof of purchase
- Evidence of defects (e.g., photos)
- Any relevant communications (e.g., email screenshots)
Return and Refund Process

- Await Confirmation: We aim to respond within 2-3 business days regarding eligibility. Please wait for a confirmation email with the return address before sending your package.
- Ship the Items: Use your preferred carrier and include the tracking number for reference. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive your return. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation. The full refund, including the original shipping costs, will be issued. If you experience delays beyond 10-15 days, please contact your bank or credit card provider for further assistance.
