1. Shopping & Product Search

Q: What’s the quickest way to find a product?
A: Hit the magnifying-glass icon on the top bar, then type a keyword (e.g., “linen blazer”). You can also browse the drop-down mega-menu by category or filter by size, color, and price.

Q: Can I keep a Wishlist?
Absolutely. Tap ♡ Add to Wishlist on any product page. All saved items live under My Account › Wishlist so you can check out later or share with friends.

Q: How do I know something’s in stock?
We show real-time inventory:

  • Add to Cart button = available now.

  • Notify Me field = out of stock; enter your email to get the comeback alert.

Q: Guest checkout—yes or no?
Yes! You only need shipping and payment details. Creating an account adds perks like order history, saved addresses, and member-only promos.


 2. Payment & Security

Question Answer
Which payment methods do you take? Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, major debit cards, and PayPal.
Is my card data safe? 100 %. Lovasuit runs on Level-1 PCI-DSS servers with 256-bit SSL. Card numbers are tokenised—our staff never see the full digits.
Where do I add a coupon code? In the “Gift Card / Promo Code” box at checkout, then hit Apply before you pay.
Payment failed—now what? An on-screen error and an email will explain the issue. Double-check the card info or switch to another method. Still stuck? Email or call us and we’ll walk you through.

3. Shipping & Tracking

 5. Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return window?
You have 180 days from the delivery date to send back non-sale items that are new, unworn, and still tagged.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: Lovasuit covers it (Return cost = $0.00; we’ll email a prepaid label).

  • Changed your mind or wrong size you chose: You pay the carrier of your choice.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

  1. Email [email protected] (subject “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE”) with order # and photos if something’s wrong.

  2. We’ll reply within 2-3 business days with an RMA number and instructions.

  3. Pack the item plus your invoice, affix the label, and drop it off.

  4. We’ll inspect within 5 business days of arrival and issue the refund or ship the replacement.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes—one free size/color swap per order within the 180-day window. We’ll ship the new item after we see the return is in transit.


 6. Refunds

  • Processing time: We trigger refunds within 2 business days after approval; banks usually post funds in 3–7 more days.

  • Scope: We reimburse the item price plus original shipping if Lovasuit was at fault.

  • Need an update? Check your bank first; if 15 days have passed with no refund, call us.
